The AirTAC GC40010F2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G3/8, Square psi Gauge is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC40010F2G is a three-piece AirTAC GC-series F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator, assembled as one 400-size unit on a 3/8 in port with G (BSPP) thread. The filter section carries the standard 40 um element with a differential-pressure drain, the regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and the lubricator delivers oil mist downstream. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowls on the filter and lubricator are polycarbonate (PC) at this size, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with options including automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-10 filter, GR400-10 regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding a row of pneumatic nutrunners and clamps on an automotive assembly line: the filter strips water and 40 um particulate from the header supply, the regulator holds a steady tool pressure, and the lubricator mists oil to keep impact tools running.
Conditioning the air feeding carton sealers, case erectors and bagging machines on a packaging line, where clean, regulated and lightly oiled air keeps cylinders and actuators cycling smoothly through long shifts.
Supplying lifts, impact wrenches and tire changers in a commercial vehicle workshop, where the combination unit cleans the shop air supply, holds a set working pressure for the tools and lubricates the air motors in daily use.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the machine the unit feeds: this 400-size set is on a 3/8 in G-thread port, with 200/300/400/600 sizes covering 1/8 in to 1 in. Drain choice on the filter is differential-pressure (as fitted here), automatic or manual; the filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code. The regulator gauge is the embedded square type as supplied here, with psi, MPa or bar scales and an optional external round gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options; a bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure. Tell us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
This configuration has the differential-pressure drain, the GC-series default, which discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the filter element rises. If you prefer, automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drain versions can be ordered instead.
