The AirTAC GC40010MLC2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC40010MLC2 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This size 400 configuration has PT3/8 (3/8 in) PT ports, a manual-drain filter bowl with the standard 40 um filtration grade, a low-pressure-type regulator fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi, and a mounting bracket included. The polycarbonate bowls let you see condensate and oil level at a glance, and the manual drain is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulators, and square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-10 filter, GR400-10 regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding air cylinders and pneumatic press tools on an assembly line, where the filter removes water and particles, the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle set pressure, and the lubricator mists oil to keep cylinder seals working.
Supplying carton-forming and wrapping machinery whose air cylinders run all shift, giving the machine clean, regulated and lubricated air from a single point of use with a visible psi gauge for operators.
A wall-mounted air preparation point at a maintenance bay serving impact wrenches and air ratchets, with the bracket fixing the set to the frame, the 40 um filter catching pipe scale, and the lubricator protecting the tool motors.
Start with the port size: this unit is size 400 with PT3/8 ports, and the step up to size 600 gives a larger port and more flow capacity if your line needs it. Choose the drain to match maintenance practice: manual (this unit) is emptied by hand, automatic drains continuously, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer particle removal is needed. The regulator here is the low-pressure type with a round psi gauge; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a bracket is included for mounting.
Because flow is published only as curves and not as a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for the GC400 at PT3/8 on request before you order.
The M in the code GC40010MLC2 specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the filter bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance. If you prefer the bowl to drain itself, the same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the default, and we can quote the equivalent model on request.
