The AirTAC GC400C10C2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Unit, PT3/8, 5 um Filter, psi is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400C10C2WK is a three-piece AirTAC F.R.L. combination - a separate filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set for a compressed-air line. This size 400 unit is supplied with 3/8 in PT ports, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, polycarbonate bowls (only size 600 uses aluminium alloy), an external round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in check valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips. The regulator adjusts between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the unit takes up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, and it runs on compressed air from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A point-of-use F.R.L. set feeding spray guns and air cylinders at a paint-shop workstation, where the 5 um element helps keep water and particulate out of the finish and the regulator sets a stable gun pressure.
Conditioning the air ahead of the pick-and-place and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, giving the line one adjustment point for pressure and continuous oil-mist lubrication of the actuators.
Preparing the compressed air that actuates a CNC machining centre's tool changer and clamping fixtures, with the built-in check valve holding the circuit if the shop air supply dips.
Size 400 with 3/8 in PT ports sits in the middle of the GC range (200 to 600); step up or down a size when the flow curve for your line demand suggests it. The filter element here is the optional 5 um grade (code W) instead of the 40 um standard - choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer air. The drain is differential-pressure (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are orderable. The gauge on this unit is the external round type reading in psi; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the other catalogue choices. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um element; the GC series standard is 40 um. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer air, and order the standard grade if coarse protection is enough. Both grades are catalogue options in every GC size.
