The AirTAC GC400C10F2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Unit G3/8 Square psi Gauge is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC400C10F2GK is a three-piece F.R.L. combination that filters, regulates and lubricates compressed air from a single mounted set: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator. This size 400 unit is ported G3/8 and carries the standard 40 um filter grade with a differential-pressure drain, so collected water is discharged automatically as the pressure differential across the drain changes - no daily manual draining. The fitted square gauge reads in psi, the regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream settings if upstream supply is interrupted. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Clean, regulated and oil-misted air for spray guns and air-assisted applicators on an automotive refinishing line, with the check valve holding the set pressure through supply dips.
Feeding the pneumatic stopper and pusher cylinders on a bottling conveyor, where the lubricator keeps cylinder seals running and the 40 um element stops line-scale debris.
Point-of-use preparation for a CNC machining centre's pneumatic tool changes and clamps, with the psi square gauge giving operators a readable setpoint at the machine.
Start with the port step: size 400 in G3/8 sits mid-range in the GC series (200/300/400/600), so step up to 600 or down to 300 if your line's flow demand points elsewhere - and ask us to check the published flow curves against your consumption before ordering. Next, choose the drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (default); specify automatic (A) or manual (M) if your maintenance routine prefers one of those. Filtration is 40 um standard; order the W variant if 5 um is needed. The fitted square gauge reads psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT (standard) and NPT available as order options. A bracket is included with this set.
Because flow is published only as curves and not as a single rated number, we do not quote a rated flow figure - send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The trailing G in the code means the G3/8 port is G (BSPP) parallel thread. PT is the standard thread for the GC series, and NPT is also available as an order option, so match the thread to your fittings when ordering - the thread choice is a specification option, not a delivery matter.
