The AirTAC GC400C10MLC2 AirTAC F.R.L. Unit, PT3/8, Low-Pressure, psi is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400C10MLC2 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator assembled as one prepared air-treatment set. This configuration is the size 400 body with 3/8 in PT ports, a 40 um filter element with a manual drain, a low-pressure-type regulator, and a round pressure gauge fitted with a psi scale. The metal bowls carry a mounting bracket, and no reverse/check valve is fitted in this version.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is offered across sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options, drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and scales selectable at order time. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Point-of-use treatment for a trim and sub-assembly line: the filter stage strips water and particulate before the air reaches the regulators feeding assembly tools and clamping fixtures, while the lubricator mists oil to the downstream cylinders and air motors on the line.
Feed pneumatic vices, clamps and tool-change actuators on a machining centre from a single treated drop. The low-pressure-type regulator suits circuits run at reduced set pressure, the 40 um element protects valve spools, and the psi gauge gives the shop a direct pressure readout.
Treat the air feeding conveyor pushers, diverters and stopper cylinders on a bottling or packaging line. Clean, regulated and lubricated air at each drop keeps the stroke cylinders and their control valves working, with the manual drain emptied as part of line housekeeping.
Step through the real choices before ordering: pick the size and port (200 through 600, 1/8 in to 1 in) against the flow your line needs; choose the drain type where it applies - differential-pressure as the default, automatic for unattended draining, or manual as on this unit; and pick the filter grade, 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code. For the regulator side, select standard or low-pressure type, gauge style (embedded square standard, external round optional) and scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round psi gauge). Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a bracket is included here.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not as a single rated number, and the adjustment range of the low-pressure type is not stated in the material we hold. Ask us to confirm flow and regulator figures against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
No single rated flow figure exists for this unit: AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, not as one rated number, so we will not quote a figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
Manual drain means the accumulated water in the filter bowl is drained by hand, so it needs to be part of routine checks. The GC family also offers a differential-pressure drain (the default) and an automatic drain, which suit unattended installations. This configuration is supplied with the manual drain.
