The AirTAC GC400C10MLF2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400C10MLF2WK is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set for compressed air. This 400-size unit is built for a PT3/8 port. The filter carries the fine 5 um element (code W) and drains manually, the regulator is the low-pressure type fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve is fitted. A mounting bracket is included. Bowls on this 400 size are polycarbonate (only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy). Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC three-unit F.R.L. line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, offered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale choices, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding impact wrenches, air ratchets and spray guns at assembly stations: each drop gets particulate and water removed by the 5 um filter, pressure held by the low-pressure regulator, and a fine oil mist carried to the tool's air motor.
Supplying carton sealers, case packers and labeling heads on a bottling or food packaging line, where cylinders and pneumatic valves need clean, regulated, lubricated air at a stable set pressure through the shift.
Running pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on machining centers, where the 5 um element protects fine control valves from particles and the lubricator mists the seals of high-cycle clamping cylinders.
The real choices in this family are the size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 inch) matched to the flow your line needs; the drain type on the filter (manual, automatic or differential-pressure - this unit is manual, so plan a periodic drain check); the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W - this unit carries the 5 um element); the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this one reads psi on the embedded square gauge, with an external round gauge optional); the thread (PT is standard here, with G/BSPP and NPT as order options); and the bracket. The regulator on this unit is the low-pressure type and a reverse/check valve is fitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your port size, working pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for the GC400 before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain on the filter bowl: collected water is released by operating the drain by hand, so plan a routine drain check instead of relying on an automatic or differential-pressure drain. If you prefer hands-off draining, the same 400-size set is available with automatic or differential-pressure drains.
