The AirTAC GC400C15AF2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one supply unit. This size 400 configuration is built for 1/2 in lines with G thread, carries 5 um filtration elements (the finer of the two catalogue grades), drains condensate automatically from the filter bowl, and regulates downstream pressure across the standard 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range. The fitted square gauge reads in psi, the reverse/check valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops, and the polycarbonate bowls suit the non-freezing -5 to 70 C working range.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each position of the code can be ordered differently: manual or differential-pressure drain, 40 um standard filtration, MPa or bar gauge scales, an external round gauge, NPT or PT threads, or no check valve. Flow for this size is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds clean, regulated and lubricated air to pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and chip-ejection jets on a machining centre, with the check valve holding settings through brief supply dips.
Conditions the air at each 1/2 in line drop feeding spray guns and air-bearing equipment, where the 5 um element and automatic drain keep water and fine particulate out of the finish.
Supplies the cylinders and air actuators on a carton-forming and sealing line, with the lubricator metering oil mist to keep seals and valve spools working over long production runs.
Work from the flow demand first: step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, each with its own port size from 1/8 in to 1 in, and match the size to the air consumption of the machines downstream. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, send us your consumption figure and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet. Then set the options: this unit has the automatic drain, which ejects condensate without daily attention - choose manual or differential-pressure drain if you prefer operator-controlled or pressure-differential draining. Filtration is 5 um here; the 40 um standard element suits general shop air and lasts longer between service. The gauge reads psi; MPa and bar scales are available. Thread is G (BSPP) as coded, with PT and NPT orderable. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC400 size as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number that is not in the datasheet. Tell us your air consumption and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
Both are decode choices in the model code: A is the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate on its own instead of relying on manual draining, and W selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard grade. The 40 um grade with manual or differential-pressure drain can be ordered if that suits the application better.
