The AirTAC GC400C15ALC2K AirTAC 3-Piece F.R.L. Unit, PT1/2, Size 400 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator built as one conditioning stack. This GC400C15ALC2K is the size 400 unit with a PT1/2 port. The filter section carries a 40 um element and an automatic drain, so collected water is expelled without manual intervention, and its bowl is polycarbonate (only size 600 bowls are aluminium alloy). The regulator is the low-pressure type and this unit is fitted with a round gauge scaled in psi; a reverse (check) valve is included and the mounting bracket comes as standard.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for thread type (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain type, filter grade and gauge scale. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow and other datasheet figures are published as curves, so we confirm them on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditions the supply to carton sealers, wrap arms and clamp cylinders on a packaging line: water and particulate are stripped out, pressure is held at the low set point the machine's circuit needs, and a fine oil mist carries through to keep actuators and valves running smoothly.
Feeds the pusher, stopper and lift cylinders along a bottling or canning conveyor. The automatic drain keeps condensate out of the loop during continuous shifts, while the regulator and lubricator give the line's air cylinders clean, correctly set, lubricated air.
A single conditioning point at a maintenance bench that runs impact tools, air cylinders and clamping fixtures. The check valve helps hold the downstream circuit if the upstream supply dips, and the psi-scaled round gauge lets technicians read the set point at a glance.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step, the drain type, the filter grade, the gauge and its scale, the thread and the bracket. Size 400 with a PT1/2 port suits circuits running larger air volumes than the 200/300 sizes; step up or down according to your pipe size and demand. Drain is available as differential-pressure (default), automatic (this unit) or manual; the element is 40 um standard with 5 um (code W) optional; the gauge can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included here. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - pipe size, working pressure and demand - and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure type of regulator, fitted in place of the standard version. The exact adjustment range for this low-pressure variant is not published in the material we hold, so if your circuit runs at a specific set point, confirm the range with us before ordering.
