The AirTAC GC400C15C2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400C15C2WK is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one supply unit. This configuration is size 400 with a PT1/2 port, the 5 um filter element (code W) for finer water-and-particulate removal than the standard 40 um grade, differential-pressure draining on the filter bowl, a fitted round gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve (code K) holding downstream pressure when the supply is lost, and the mounting bracket included. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the lubricator feeds oil mist to downstream air tools and cylinders.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), and check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding clean, regulated and lubricated air to the tool-clamp and pallet-change cylinders of a CNC machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting tight-tolerance valves and the check valve holding clamp pressure if the shop air drops.
Conditioning the air supply to carton-forming, sealing and case-packing cylinders on a packaging line, where the regulator sets consistent actuation pressure and the lubricator keeps high-cycle cylinders and valves running smoothly.
Installed as a 1/2 in take-off point on a factory compressed-air ring main, supplying individual work cells with filtered, regulated and lubricated air, with the psi gauge giving operators a local pressure readout.
Size and port are the first choice: step up through 200, 300, 400 and 600 as required flow and port size grow - this unit is size 400 with a 1/2 in PT port. On the filter, choose the 40 um standard element or the 5 um grade (W, fitted here) when finer particulate and water removal is needed; the differential-pressure drain is the default, with automatic and manual drains available in the family. On the regulator, pick the gauge style and scale - the embedded square gauge is standard, with an external round gauge optional in MPa, psi or bar scales (this unit carries the round psi gauge) - and add the reverse/check valve (K, fitted here) if downstream pressure must be held on air failure. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, we do not quote a rated flow figure - send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for the GC400 size on request before you order.
The W in the code GC400C15C2WK selects the 5 um filter grade instead of the 40 um standard, for finer water and particulate removal, and the K selects a reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the upstream air supply is lost. Both are standard order options across the GC family if you prefer the 40 um element or no check valve.
