The AirTAC GC400C15LC2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator set up as one complete air-preparation station. This GC400 configuration is built for G1/2 (BSPP) ports in the size-400 class. The filter stage carries the 5 um element (code W) for finer water and particulate removal than the 40 um standard, with a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate as the pressure drop across the bowl rises. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and the unit is supplied with a round gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve (code K) and a mounting bracket. The bowl is polycarbonate - only the 600 size uses an aluminium alloy bowl. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to a row of pneumatic cylinders and air tools on a machining or assembly line, with the reverse/check valve holding downstream pressure if the supply dips.
Powering diverters, clamps and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the 5 um element protects directional valves from fouling and the lubricator mist keeps cylinder seals working smoothly.
Supplying low-pressure regulated air to clamping fixtures and swing cylinders in a CNC workholding cell, where the low-pressure regulator type and fine filtration suit sensitive clamping circuits.
Step through the 200/300/400/600 sizes and their matching ports (here 1/2 in, G-thread) to match the air demand of your line - we can check the published flow curves against your requirement before you order. Choose the drain: differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic for unattended condensate removal, or manual where you drain by hand. Pick 40 um for general downstream protection or the 5 um W element fitted to this unit for finer air. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar); this configuration carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit is G-threaded. The low-pressure (L) regulator type suits circuits set below the standard adjustment range; we will confirm its exact range from the datasheet on request. Mounting bracket included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your port size, working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
L is the low-pressure regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not in the standard table, so we confirm it from the datasheet on request. W is the 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard. C2 is a round gauge scaled in psi, and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. The drain is differential-pressure, the default for the GC series.
