The AirTAC GC400C15LF2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit, G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400C15LF2G is an AirTAC GC-series three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one conditioning set. This configuration is built for a G1/2 (BSPP) port on a size-400 body, with 40 um standard filtration, a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a low-pressure type regulator, and a mounting bracket included. It filters water and particulate from the compressed air, holds a set downstream pressure, and adds a fine oil mist to keep downstream air tools and cylinders lubricated.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options, thread choices (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales to suit the installation. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds a G1/2 branch line serving assembly stations, filtering out water and swarf, holding a steady low set pressure and oil-misting the tools downstream.
Conditions the air feeding conveyor diverters, clamp cylinders and case-sealing actuators, keeping moisture and scale out while lubricating the moving seals.
Supplies clamps and pneumatic vices on a machining cell, with filtered, regulated and lubricated air so fixture cylinders cycle smoothly shift after shift.
Start with the port and size: this unit steps up to G1/2 on the size-400 body, the right choice when your line's flow demand sits above what smaller 200/300 sizes serve - share your consumption and we will check it against the published flow curves. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (fitted here) dumps accumulated water automatically as flow resumes, while automatic or manual drains are available in the family. Filter grade is 40 um as fitted; specify the W code if you need 5 um. The square gauge is scaled in psi here; MPa and bar scales exist. Thread is G (BSPP) as coded - PT is the family standard, with G and NPT as order options - and the bracket is included. Note this is the low-pressure type regulator; its exact adjustment range is not published, so ask us to confirm it against your set pressure before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The filter bowl drains automatically whenever airflow resumes and the pressure differential is high enough, so no manual bleeding is needed in normal service. If your duty cycle does not suit that, the GC family is also available with automatic or manual drains - just ask for the alternative code.
