The AirTAC GC400C15MC2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, 1/2 in PT is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one conditioning set for compressed air. This GC400C15MC2K is built for 1/2 in PT ports and carries the standard regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, a 40 um filter element with a manual drain, a round psi gauge, a reverse/check valve and a mounting bracket. The filter bowl is polycarbonate, so the collected water and particulate level stays visible, and the unit handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, G (BSPP) or NPT threads to order, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) filter grade, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet numbers for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning the air feeding spray guns and air-driven agitators in a paint booth: the filter strips water and 40 um particulate, the regulator holds a steady gun pressure, and the lubricator mists oil to the air motors downstream.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and actuated grippers along a bottling conveyor, where the manual-drain bowl is emptied during shift checks and the regulator keeps actuator pressure stable from end to end of the line.
Supplying pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre: the reverse/check valve protects the downstream circuit if supply pressure dips, and the lubricator keeps the cylinder internals moving cleanly.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) against the port and the flow your line needs - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow, and we will confirm the curve figures for you. On this unit the drain is manual, so plan a routine blow-down; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if you would rather not attend to it. Filter grade is the standard 40 um element (5 um is code W), the gauge here reads in psi (MPa and bar scales are options), the thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to check sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your inlet pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for this 1/2 in PT unit before you order.
The M in this code selects a manual drain: someone opens the bowl drain during routine checks to expel collected water. If you prefer unattended operation, the same GC400 size is available with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain, and the filter element can be ordered as 5 um (W) instead of the standard 40 um.
