The AirTAC GC400C15MC2W AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400C15MC2W is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator arranged as one set. This configuration is size 400 with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) PT thread, carries the 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), uses a manual drain on the filter bowl, and comes with the round pressure gauge fitted reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, low-pressure and reverse-valve variants. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Supplies the paint booth's spray guns and air-assisted equipment with filtered, moisture-controlled air at a regulated pressure, with oil mist added for downstream air motors and cylinders.
Feeds the machining centre's pneumatic clamps, blow-off circuits and tool-change actuators with water- and particulate-free air, a stable set pressure and lubrication for the air cylinders.
Provides the line's pneumatic diverters, carton-sealing actuators and grip cylinders with clean, regulated, lubricated air so movement and sealing stay consistent through the shift.
Choose the size by port and flow: size 400 with a 1/2 in PT port sits in the middle of the GC range, which steps from 200 (1/8-1/4 in) up to 600 (1 in). Pick the drain to match service: this unit has a manual drain, which you open by hand to discharge collected water, while automatic and differential-pressure drain versions suit installations that cannot rely on routine manual draining. The 5 um element (code W) gives finer particulate removal than the 40 um standard; the round psi gauge is fitted here, and the embedded square gauge or MPa/bar scales can be specified instead. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Send us your required flow and upstream/downstream pressures and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet before you order.
M is the manual drain: water collected in the filter bowl is discharged by opening the drain by hand as part of routine checks. If you need unattended draining, the GC range also comes in automatic and differential-pressure drain versions - tell us and we will confirm the alternative code.
