The AirTAC GC400C15MF2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set. This GC400C15MF2WGK is built on the size 400 body with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, the 5 um filtration grade (W - finer than the standard 40 um element), a manual drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a square pressure gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted. At this size the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC range covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, and G, NPT or PT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A finishing line where spray guns and air-assisted equipment need filtered, regulated and lubricated air at a set pressure; the 5 um element is chosen where finish quality depends on cleaner air, and the manual drain is emptied during shift checks.
A carton-forming or wrapping line running pneumatic cylinders and actuators: the filter removes water and particulate, the regulator holds the working pressure the machine was set up for, and the lubricator meters an oil mist to the moving air stream.
A machine tool using pneumatic clamps, tool-change actuators and air blast, fed from a single G1/2 drop: this three-unit set conditions that supply in one assembly, with the fitted check valve for installations that call for one and the included bracket for panel mounting.
Size and port step up together across the GC range (200/300/400/600), so choose the size whose published flow curve covers your air consumption at working pressure - we can check that against your demand if you send the figures. This unit carries the 5 um (W) element; the standard 40 um element suits general line protection, while 5 um suits finer downstream needs. Drain choice matters: a manual drain needs someone to open it, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate on their own. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are catalogue options to order) and bracket are all decodable choices. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM. Send us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this size 400, G1/2 configuration before you order.
The M in the code means the filter bowl has a manual drain: someone opens it to release collected condensate. The GC series is also offered with automatic or differential-pressure drains, so if the machine is not attended regularly, ask us about the same size with an automatic drain.
