The AirTAC GC400C15MLF2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400C15MLF2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator working together so one order covers water and particulate removal, pressure regulation and oil-mist lubrication for a compressed-air line. This size 400 unit is ported PT1/2 (1/2 in, PT thread standard), with a manual drain on the filter bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, a low-pressure type regulator, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve fitted and a mounting bracket included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT, G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filter grades, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Rated flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding a factory-wide compressed-air distribution header where incoming air must be filtered of water and swarf, held at a set low working pressure, and carry a fine oil mist to keep downstream tools and cylinders running.
Supplying the air supply point for a packaging conveyor's pneumatic diverters, sealers and gripper cylinders, with the check valve holding the set-up against backflow and the lubricator conditioning the actuators.
Conditioning the air feeding pneumatic clamps and workholding fixtures on machining centres, where a stable low regulated pressure, clean dry air and consistent lubrication protect the clamping sequence.
Size 400 with a 1/2 in PT port is the mid-large step in the GC range; move to size 600 for larger ports or down to 300/200 where the line is smaller - match the size and port to the pipe and the air demand, which we can check against the published flow curves before you order. This unit has a manual drain, which means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if you prefer not to rely on manual attention. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for the 5 um option where finer particulate removal matters. The square gauge here reads in psi, with MPa or bar scales selectable, and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options; the bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate is released by opening the drain when needed, which suits lines that are checked regularly. If you would rather not rely on manual attention, the same GC400 size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain - just ask for the variant.
