The AirTAC GC400C15MLF2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator assembled into one supply unit. This configuration is built for a 1/2 in port with G (BSPP) thread, carries the W-grade 5 um filter element for finer water and particulate removal, and uses a manual drain on the filter bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type, fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve is included. A mounting bracket is supplied, and the filter section uses a metal bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding pneumatic impact wrenches, nut runners and air ratchets at a vehicle assembly drop, where the 5 um element protects tools from water and grit, the regulator holds a steady low working pressure, and the lubricator mists oil into the tool air supply.
Supplying the clamp cylinders, pushers and diverters on a packaging conveyor, where stable regulated pressure keeps actuator stroke behaviour consistent through the shift and the lubricator reduces wear on high-cycle cylinders.
Serving pneumatic clamps and vise cylinders on CNC machining fixtures, where clean, moisture-reduced air at a set low pressure is needed for repeatable clamping, and the manual drain suits a workshop with a daily check routine.
Start with the port step: size 400 with a 1/2 in port suits lines that need more flow than the 200/300 sizes deliver - match the size to the air demand of the downstream equipment rather than the pipe alone. This unit already fixes several choices: 5 um filtration (the finer W grade, instead of the 40 um standard), a manual drain (simple and low-cost, but the bowl must be drained by hand rather than automatically), a low-pressure regulator with a square psi gauge, and a reverse/check valve. If you would prefer automatic or differential-pressure draining, a 40 um element, a different gauge scale (MPa or bar), or PT or NPT thread instead of G, those are decodable options in the series - tell us and we will identify the matching code.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet figures on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and downstream air demand, and we will confirm the correct sizing and provide the datasheet flow curves on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate is released by hand, which is simple and reliable but requires someone to drain the bowl as part of routine checks. The GC series is also decodable with automatic or differential-pressure drains - if you would rather not rely on manual draining, contact us and we will identify the matching automatic-drain code.
