The AirTAC GC60020MLC2W AirTAC F.R.L. Combination PT3/4 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC60020MLC2W is an AirTAC GC series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This size 600 unit is built with a 3/4 in PT port, a manual drain on the filter bowl, and the 5 um W-grade filter element (finer than the 40 um standard). The regulator is the low-pressure type, a round pressure gauge with a psi scale is fitted, and the mounting bracket is included; no reverse (check) valve is fitted. The bowls on this size are aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Filtered, regulated and lubricated air for the pneumatic cylinders that drive filling, capping and labelling heads on a beverage line, with the low-pressure regulator holding a gentle set point for delicate product handling.
Moisture-reduced, regulated and oil-misted air for pick-and-place cylinders and grippers on a robotics assembly cell, with the 5 um element helping protect fine control valves downstream.
Air preparation for the pop-up diverters, stops and pushers on a distribution conveyor, with lubrication carried to the cylinders along a 3/4 in main drop.
The real choices in this series are the size and port step (200 through 600, 1/8 in to 1 in) matched to the air demand of your line; the drain type on the filter bowl (differential-pressure as standard, automatic, or manual as on this unit); the filter grade (40 um standard or the finer 5 um W element fitted here); the gauge and its scale (embedded square gauge standard, external round gauge optional, in MPa, psi or bar); the thread (PT standard, G/BSPP or NPT to order); and the bracket. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to check the curves against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC600 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet before you order.
The M in the code means the filter bowl is drained by hand rather than automatically, so draining needs to be scheduled as part of maintenance. The GC series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains if you prefer, and note that the bowls on this size 600 unit are aluminium alloy.
