The AirTAC GC600C20AC2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C20AC2K is a three-piece AirTAC F.R.L. combination that filters, regulates and lubricates compressed air in one assembly: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator. This size 600 unit is threaded PT3/4 (3/4 in). The filter element is the standard 40 um grade, the bowl drains automatically, and the regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A round gauge scaled in psi is fitted, and a reverse/check valve is included so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include thread type (PT standard, G or NPT to order), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W) and gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding spray-booth and paint-line air drops where water and particulate must be stripped out, line pressure held steady at the gun, and a light oil mist carried to air tools and actuators along the line.
Conditioning the shop-air feed to CNC machining centres and their pneumatic clamping and tool-change circuits, with the check valve holding downstream pressure during supply dips.
Supplying treated air to conveyor diverters, case packers and filling-machine cylinders, where the automatic drain keeps condensate off the valves without a manual drain round.
Start with the port and size: this unit is size 600 with a PT3/4 connection, the largest step in the range - if your line flow is modest, a 200/300/400 size with a smaller port may suit better, and we can check the flow curves against your demand before you order. Drain choice matters: automatic drain (as fitted here) empties the bowl without operator attention, manual drain relies on a scheduled drain routine, and differential-pressure drain is the default on other codes. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) - this code carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM figure. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The A in the code means the filter bowl drains automatically, so collected condensate is expelled without operator attention - useful on lines that run unattended. Other codes in the GC series use the differential-pressure drain (default) or a manual drain, and the filter grade can also be specified as 5 um with code W.
