The AirTAC GC600C20ALC2W AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC600C20ALC2W is a three-piece F.R.L. combination that conditions compressed air in one assembly: a filter removes water and particulate down to 5 um, a low-pressure regulator holds the downstream setting, and a lubricator feeds oil mist to downstream air tools and actuators. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 3/4 in PT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a fine 5 um filter element, an external round gauge reading in psi, and a mounting bracket. At size 600 the filter bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard element, square embedded or round external gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the gripper and clamp cylinders on a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, with the 5 um element protecting directional valves from particulate carryover.
Conditions the air supply to a small stamping and forming press, where the low-pressure regulator holds a reduced working setting for the counterbalance circuit and the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the valve stack.
Sits at the drop of a spray booth air line, removing water and 5 um particles ahead of the spray gun while the lubricator is set to serve the booth's air-driven agitator and masking-tape dispenser tools.
Size up by port and flow: the 600 size with its 3/4 in PT port suits the higher-flow end of the range, while 200/300/400 sizes step down for smaller lines. The 5 um (W) element is the finer choice over the 40 um standard where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. The automatic drain suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations; manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives on other variants. The low-pressure (L) regulator type is selected where the working setting sits below the standard range - confirm the exact range with us before ordering. The round external gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain, which expels collected condensate by itself instead of waiting for a manual twist of the drain screw - useful on lines that run unattended. The W sets the 5 um filter element, one grade finer than the 40 um standard, for cleaner air to downstream valves and cylinders.
