The AirTAC GC600C20ALF2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G3/4, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C20ALF2G is an AirTAC GC600 three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled as one conditioned-air package. The filter removes water and particulate down to 40 um, the low-pressure-type regulator holds a stable downstream setting, and the lubricator meters oil mist into the air line. This configuration is built for a 3/4 inch port with G thread, automatic drain on the filter bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a mounting bracket included. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the filter and lubricator bowls are aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar) and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed as the main conditioning station on a compressed-air ring main serving a production hall, cleaning and regulating the supply before it branches to drop lines.
Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the pneumatic actuators, clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre or CNC lathe.
Conditioning the air supply for diverters, pushers and grip cylinders on a bottling or carton-packing conveyor line, with lubrication for the cylinders.
Size 600 with a 3/4 inch port sits at the top of the GC range, so step up or down (200/300/400/600) according to the flow your line needs - and have us confirm the flow curve against your demand before ordering, since AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number. The automatic drain on this unit handles condensate without manual attention; manual and differential-pressure drains are alternatives in the family. The 40 um grade is the standard element; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is required. The embedded square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not published in the figures we hold, so confirm it with us. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue options to order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code selects the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate from the filter bowl without manual attention (manual and differential-pressure drains are the other options). F2 selects the embedded square gauge with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales, or an external round gauge, can be ordered instead.
