The AirTAC GC600C20C2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/4, Round psi Gauge is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C20C2 is a three-piece AirTAC F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one conditioning stack. This 600-size unit is fitted with 3/4 inch PT ports, a 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the bowl rises. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a fitted round gauge reading in psi, and the lubricator feeds oil mist downstream to protect air tools and cylinders. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 600-size bowls are aluminium alloy and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options include a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or manual drains, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed at the drop of a 3/4 inch main feeding assembly cells, the unit removes water and particulate, holds a set working pressure for the tools on the line, and adds oil mist to keep pneumatic wrenches and clamps lubricated through double shifts.
Mounted ahead of the valve bank on a carton-forming and palletising conveyor, the combination conditions the air that drives the pusher and clamp cylinders: clean, regulated at the pressure the OEM specifies, and lubricated for long seal and barrel life.
Fitted at the service drop in a plant maintenance shop, the unit gives technicians one conditioning point for impact tools, air ratchets and blow-off stations, with the psi gauge letting the crew set and verify working pressure at the bench.
Start with the port and size step: the 600 size carries 3/4 inch PT ports, and moving up a size gives a larger port and more flow capacity, so match the step to your line's air demand. Choose the drain type where it applies: differential-pressure (the default here) drains on demand, automatic drains on a cycle, and manual requires operator attention. Filter grade is 40 um standard; choose the 5 um W option where finer particulate protection is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and this unit carries the round external gauge in psi. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order; a mounting bracket is included. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the correct datasheet curve and sizing for your application on request.
The differential-pressure drain is the default on the GC series: it purges the filter bowl automatically when the pressure differential across the element rises, so no operator attention is needed. If your duty cycle suits it, automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drain versions are available in the same size - just ask when ordering.
