The AirTAC GC600C20C2W AirTAC F.R.L. Combo 3/4in PT, 5um, PSI Gauge is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC600C20C2W is a three-piece F.R.L. combination that filters, regulates and lubricates compressed air in one assembly: a separate filter with a 5 um element and differential-pressure drain, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and an oil-mist lubricator. This size 600 unit carries a 3/4 in PT port, an external round gauge scaled in psi, and an aluminium alloy bowl on the filter section. A mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed at the 3/4 in main drop feeding a packaging hall, the unit cleans water and particulate from the plant air, holds a set working pressure for the machines, and carries oil mist to the pneumatic cylinders and valves downstream.
Mounted on the supply line to a conveyor system with pneumatic diverter gates, the combination removes condensate and fine particles, keeps the regulator set point steady as gates fire repeatedly, and lubricates the actuator seals.
Fitted where a workshop ring main serves impact wrenches, grinders and air ratchets, the unit dries and filters the supply, lets the operator set a safe working pressure at the gauge, and mists oil into the air to keep the tools lubricated.
Start with the port step: size 600 gives a 3/4 in PT connection, the largest in the GC range, so step up from a smaller size when your line's air demand calls for the bigger port. Choose the filter grade to suit the downstream equipment: 40 um is the standard element, while the W code on this model selects the finer 5 um grade for more demanding applications. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic, or manual. Gauge style and scale are selectable too - this configuration carries an external round gauge in psi, while an embedded square gauge in MPa, psi or bar is the standard alternative. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so ask us to confirm the flow figures against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote for this unit. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for your application before you order.
The W code in GC600C20C2W selects the optional 5 um element in place of the 40 um standard grade. The finer grade suits downstream equipment that needs cleaner air, while the 40 um element remains available on other GC configurations if coarser filtration is sufficient for your line.
