The AirTAC GC600C20F2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G3/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator built up as one supply unit. This GC600C20F2GK is the size 600 set with a 3/4 in G (BSPP) port. The filter stage carries the standard 40 um element with a differential-pressure drain, the regulator is the standard type with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve is fitted. At size 600 the bowls are aluminium alloy, and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports stepping from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and options include a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or manual drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A single G3/4 supply point feeding air cylinders, clamps and impact tools on a body-assembly line, with the water and particles knocked out, pressure held steady at the set point, and oil mist carried to the tools.
Carton sealers and case packers running cylinder-driven flap and tuck stations, supplied with clean, regulated and lubricated air so the cylinders cycle consistently through a full shift.
Shop-air drops serving pneumatic workholding, fixture clamps and tool-change actuators on machining centres, where the filter protects the valves and the lubricator conditions the air-tool circuits.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600, with this unit at 3/4 in G thread, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your line's demand. On the filter stage you can keep the differential-pressure drain fitted here, move to automatic (code A) or manual (code M), and stay on the 40 um standard element or step to the 5 um option (code W) where finer particle capture matters. The regulator is the standard type with an embedded square gauge; the scale here is psi, with MPa or bar available and an external round gauge as an option. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and the mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Tell us your working pressure and the demand of the machines on the line, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
A blank position means the default: this unit carries the differential-pressure drain and the standard 40 um element. If you need a different choice, the catalogue codes are A for automatic drain, M for manual drain and W for the 5 um element - for example GC600C20F2GKW would be the same set with the finer grade.
