The AirTAC GC600C20F2W AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C20F2W is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one treatment stack. This size 600 configuration carries a 3/4 in PT port, a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a fine 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. At size 600 the filter bowls are aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included; no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC combination family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is configurable by drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and reverse valve. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A 3/4 in F.R.L. stack at the drop feeding a mechanical press line filters water and swarf from the header air, holds a set working pressure for the clutch and counterbalance circuits, and carries oil mist to the press air cylinders.
Bottle-routing air cylinders and diverter actuators on a filling line run cleaner and last longer when fed through filtered, regulated, lubricated air from a single 3/4 in treatment point.
A multi-circuit packaging machine with baggers, sealers and pick-and-place cylinders takes one 3/4 in treated feed: 5 um filtration protects the valve islands, the regulator sets the working pressure shown on the psi gauge, and the lubricator mists the actuator air.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in PT port is the largest step in the GC range; step down through 400, 300 and 200 where the port and flow demand are smaller, and ask us to check the published flow curves against your air demand before ordering. The differential-pressure drain on this unit swirls condensed water out automatically as flow passes the element, with no drain line to operate; automatic and manual drains are alternative order codes. The 5 um W element suits points where finer particulate matters; the 40 um standard grade is the default choice for general supply. The square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for this exact configuration on request.
The standard GC filter element removes water and particulate down to 40 um, which suits general supply air. The W option on this unit fits a 5 um element for downstream equipment that is sensitive to finer particles, such as precision valve stacks. If you also need much finer air for instruments, that is a job for a downstream precision filter rather than this unit.
