The AirTAC GC600C20F2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination G3/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator built as one conditioning station for compressed air. This GC600C20F2WGK is sized for a G3/4 (3/4 in) port with G thread, carries the 5 um (W) filter element instead of the 40 um standard, drains the filter bowl by differential pressure, and is fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi plus a reverse/check valve. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and at size 600 the filter and lubricator bowls are aluminium alloy. The mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and catalogue options for thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding the pneumatic clamps, tool changers and purge circuits of a machining center: the filter strips water and particles, the regulator holds the set pressure, and the lubricator mists the moving air components at the machine.
Supplying impact wrenches and nut runners on a final assembly line, where each station needs filtered, regulated and oil-misted air so the tools keep working consistently through the shift.
Conditioning the air feeding case-erector and carton-sealer cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with one F.R.L. station protecting every valve and cylinder downstream of it.
Step up through GC200, GC300, GC400 and GC600 as your port and flow demand grows; this unit is the 600 size on a G3/4 (3/4 in) G-thread connection. Drain choice on the filter is differential-pressure (the default, fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M), and the regulator range follows that choice: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with differential-pressure or automatic drain, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, which is what this unit carries. Gauges are an embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale, or an optional external round gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as catalogue options, and a bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
W selects the 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer particle removal; the differential-pressure drain, regulator range and other settings stay the same.
