The AirTAC GC600C20LF2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Unit G3/4, 5 um, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C20LF2WGK is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator working together to clean, regulate and oil-mist lubricate compressed air on one air-preparation line. This size-600 configuration has G3/4 ports with G thread, the finest 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a low-pressure type regulator, an embedded square gauge with psi scale, and a reverse/check valve fitted. The metal filter bowl reflects the 600 size, which uses aluminium alloy rather than the polycarbonate of smaller sizes.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8" to 1", and options include 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding a large assembly hall's drop lines from a 3/4" main, this unit cleans, regulates and lubricates the air so impact wrenches, nut runners and clamps on the line receive conditioned supply.
On a beverage plant conveyor section, the combination supplies filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the cylinder-driven stops, pushers and diverters that move bottles between stations.
In a commercial-vehicle workshop, the unit conditions the supply to paint-shop air tools and lift actuators, with the 5 um element protecting downstream equipment from fine particulate.
Size 600 is the largest step in the GC range, with a 3/4" port suited to lines serving substantial air demand; step down to 400, 300 or 200 when the circuit draws less air. This unit carries the 5 um element (W) instead of the 40 um standard, so choose it where finer particulate removal matters downstream. The differential-pressure drain is the default: it bleeds condensate automatically as the pressure differential across the element builds, with no operator attention. The regulator here is the low-pressure type, and the square gauge reads in psi (MPa and bar scales are alternatives, and an external round gauge is optional). Thread is G (BSPP); PT is the standard and NPT is also an orderable option. A mounting bracket is included, and the reverse/check valve (K) is fitted.
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W code in the model sets the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, giving finer particulate removal where downstream equipment needs it. The gauge code F2 selects the embedded square gauge with a psi scale; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are available as alternatives.
