The AirTAC GC600C20MC2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G3/4 Port is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C20MC2GK is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This size 600 configuration carries a G3/4 port with G (BSPP) thread, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the filter bowl, and a fitted round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the filter bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, G or NPT thread variants, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filter grades, and gauge scale choices of MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

At a body-shop spray booth drop, the set filters water and particulate from the plant air, holds a steady regulated pressure at the gun supply, and meters oil mist into the line for air tools and actuators working around the booth.
On a bottling or carton-packing conveyor, the combination conditions the air feeding case erectors, clamp cylinders and labelers: clean, regulated, lubricated supply at the 3/4-inch main feeding the machine.
On CNC fixtures and clamping manifolds, the unit removes condensate and swarf-laden particles, sets and holds the clamping pressure shown on the psi gauge, and keeps lubrication in the actuator air supply.
Size 600 with a G3/4 port is the largest step in the GC range, so start there when your line's compressed-air demand is at the top of the family's flow span; the published flow curves (not a single rating) are the right tool for checking this, and we will confirm sizing against your application on request. This unit is ordered with a manual drain, which suits installations where an operator can bleed the filter bowl as part of a routine; choose the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants instead if the bowl is mounted where manual access is impractical. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general plant air; specify the 5 um (W) grade where downstream equipment needs finer particulate removal. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available. G (BSPP) thread is the specification here, with PT and NPT variants orderable. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain: the filter bowl is bled by hand, which suits stations an operator visits regularly. If the set will sit in an inaccessible spot, the GC series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains as a different order code.
