The AirTAC GC600C20MF2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/4, Manual Drain is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C20MF2 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one 3-piece set. This configuration is built around a 3/4 inch PT port in the size-600 frame, with a 40 um filter element, a manual drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator covering 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. At size 600 the filter bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 inch to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and gauge scale choices of MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed at a 3/4 inch branch drop off a factory compressed-air ring main, the set filters water and particulate from the supply, holds a set working pressure for downstream equipment, and carries oil mist to air tools and actuators on the line.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and air cylinders that drive packaging, sorting and conveyor stop-and-lift stations, the combination keeps the supply dry, regulated and lubricated so the cylinders cycle consistently through each shift.
Mounted on the frame of a machine tool, clamping fixture or assembly jig, the unit conditions the shop air before it reaches clamps, chucks and blow-off points, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct read of set pressure.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is the size-600 frame with a PT3/4 port, the largest step in the range, so match it against the air demand of the line it feeds. Choose the drain type for the filter bowl: manual drain (as here) needs periodic draining by an operator, automatic drain handles condensate unattended, and differential-pressure drain is the catalogue default. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard as fitted here, or the W code for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge scale is selectable as MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries the square gauge in psi. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Before ordering, ask us to confirm sizing: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so we will check the datasheet curve against your application's air demand.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Send us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve on request before you order.
The M code in GC600C20MF2 sets the filter bowl to manual drain: condensate collects in the bowl until an operator opens the drain. It suits lines with regular attention or intermittent duty. If the installation runs unattended, ask about the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (default) drain versions of the same set.
