The AirTAC GC600C25AC2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C25AC2K is an AirTAC GC600 three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator assembled as one set, giving full compressed-air treatment at a single station. This configuration is sized for PT1 (1 in) ports, with a 40 um filter element, an automatic drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. A reverse (check) valve is fitted, the 600-size bowls are aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part, rated for compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The GC series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of ports and thread (PT standard; G and NPT are order options), drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional) and gauge scale. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application - we will supply the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A main FRL station feeding the clutch, counterbalance and part-ejection circuits of a mechanical stamping press: the filter removes water and particulate from the mill air supply, the regulator holds the set pressure, and the lubricator mists oil to the press cylinders.
A supply point on a truck chassis assembly line where impact wrenches and air ratchets run all shift; the combination delivers filtered, regulated, oil-misted air, and the 1 in port serves several tool drops from one station.
Filling, capping and reject-gate actuators on a bottling hall conveyor: the three-unit set supplies clean, regulated, lubricated air to the cylinders that index and handle bottles along the line.
The real choices within the GC family are the size and port step (200/300/400/600, ports from 1/8 in to 1 in) matched to the air your line consumes; the drain type on the filter bowl (differential-pressure standard, automatic, or manual); the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W); the gauge and its scale (MPa, psi or bar); the thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order); and whether a reverse (check) valve is fitted. This unit is the 600 size at PT1 (1 in) with automatic drain, 40 um grade, a round psi gauge and the check valve fitted.
GC-series flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and working-pressure requirements and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes GC-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet that the 600 size at 1 in is correctly sized for your application - the datasheet is available on request.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain on the filter bowl, which expels collected condensate without manual attention. Differential-pressure (the default) and manual drains are also catalogue options on GC units - tell us which you prefer when ordering.
