The AirTAC GC600C25AC2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination 1 in. PT is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C25AC2WK is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one filtered-air supply station. This configuration is built on the size 600 frame with 1 in. PT ports, carries the fine 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the standard 40 um grade, and uses an automatic drain on the filter bowl so collected water is expelled without manual attention. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), a round external gauge scaled in psi is fitted, and a reverse (check) valve (code K) is included. At size 600 the bowls are aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in. to 1 in., with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread form (PT standard, G and NPT as order options) and reverse valve. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding a high-volume assembly line's air distribution take-off, where filtered, regulated and lubricated air at a set pressure supplies impact tools, clamps and actuators across multiple stations from a 1 in. supply.
Supplying the pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a bottling or carton-packing conveyor, where the 5 um element protects close-tolerance valves and the automatic drain handles condensate on a continuously running line.
Conditioning the shop-air feed to a CNC machining cell so spindle-tool changers, pallet clamps and chip-conveyor cylinders receive clean, pressure-stabilised, lubricated air at the pressure set on the psi gauge.
Step up or down through the GC sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs; this unit is the size 600 frame on 1 in. PT thread, the largest step in the range. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (as fitted here) suits unmanned or hard-to-reach installations, manual suits attended stations, and differential-pressure is the default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (W) for finer protection - this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauge style is embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales; this configuration has a round psi gauge. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT available as order options, and a reverse/check valve can be specified (fitted here, code K).
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures and check the sizing against your demand before you order.
The W code in the model means the fine 5 um element is fitted instead of the standard 40 um grade, giving finer protection downstream. The A code means the filter bowl has an automatic drain, so condensate is expelled without manual attention - useful where the unit is mounted in a less accessible position. Both choices can be specified differently when ordering.
