The AirTAC GC600C25MLC2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1 Port is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC600C25MLC2G is a size 600 three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set. It filters water and particulate from compressed air, regulates downstream pressure with a low-pressure type regulator, and adds oil-mist lubrication for downstream tools and actuators. This configuration is built for a G1 (1 in) port, uses the standard 40 um filter element, and has a manual drain on the bowl. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. A round external gauge with a psi scale is fitted, the mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge styles and scales, and thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Point-of-use air preparation on a 1 in drop feeding large pneumatic press and clamping circuits, where the filter removes line water and scale, the low-pressure regulator sets the circuit pressure, and the lubricator mists oil to the valves and cylinders.
Feeding the cylinder and gripper array on a high-cycle palletizing line, keeping condensate and particles out of the directional valves while the lubricator extends the service life of the actuator seals.
Supplying 1 in air drops to impact wrenches, grinders and air-powered clamps at fabrication stations, with the regulator holding a stable setting for the tools and the lubricator delivering oil mist for tool longevity.
Start with the size and port: the 600 size steps up port and flow capacity, and this unit carries a G1 (1 in) port, so match it to your main line diameter and expected demand. Choose the drain type to suit access: manual drain (as fitted here) needs someone to open it, while automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on the series. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W option for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Gauge style and scale are selectable (embedded square gauge standard, external round gauge optional; MPa, psi or bar scales). Thread is PT as the catalogue standard, with G and NPT available as order options; this unit is specified with G thread. A bracket is included, and the J code omits it on the individual units.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your line size and demand and we will confirm the flow curve and datasheet figures for this unit on request before you order.
This configuration is specified with a manual drain, which means the bowl is drained by hand at intervals. The GC series also offers automatic and differential-pressure drain options, so if the installation is in an inaccessible position or you want unattended condensate removal, ask us to quote the equivalent unit with the drain type you need.
