The AirTAC GFR200-06 AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT, MPa Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This 200-size unit is fitted with a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element rises. Downstream pressure is set anywhere in the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range, an embedded square MPa gauge shows the setting at a glance, and a built-in reverse (check) valve holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl keeps the condensate level visible; no mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options PT (standard), G and NPT, manual or automatic drain alternatives, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scale choices and an optional external round gauge. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds the clamp cylinders on a bench-top assembly press, drying the supply through the 40 um element and holding a fixed clamp pressure via the regulator, with the check valve preserving the setting during brief supply dips.
Sits at the drop of a packaging line station to condition air for sealing and actuation circuits, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate and the square MPa gauge letting operators verify set pressure at a glance.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to pneumatic logic or pilot devices inside a control cabinet, where the 1/8 in NPT port suits tight panel plumbing and the reverse valve keeps pilot pressure stable if the main supply fluctuates.
Start with the port step: this unit is 1/8 in NPT, so match your line size and confirm the required flow against the published curve for the GFR200 before ordering - we will confirm sizing on request. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention at normal duty, automatic drains continuously, and manual suits infrequently visited installations. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W option for 5 um where finer pre-filtration is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and an external round gauge is available. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as orderable options - this unit is the NPT version. A J suffix removes the bracket; add one back if panel or wall fixing is needed.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs and we will confirm from the datasheet whether the GFR200-06 is correctly sized before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. This unit's drain is the differential-pressure type (no drain letter in the code): condensate is discharged automatically when the pressure differential across the 40 um element rises, with no manual draining needed under normal duty. Manual (M) and automatic (A) drain versions are available in the family.
