The AirTAC GFR200-06 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8 Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single compact body. This size-200 unit has a 1/8 in PT port, a 40 um standard filter element, and a manual drain, so condensate is released by opening the drain valve during service checks. It is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, includes a mounting bracket, and accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) over a working temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, a 5 um (code W) filter option, gauge style and scale choices, and a low-pressure regulator type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air at the machine inlet keeps spindle clamping and tool-change cylinders working consistently; the 40 um element and manual drain suit a machine serviced on a fixed schedule.
Filter-regulated air feeding conveyor stopper and pusher cylinders prevents moisture carry-over into valves while holding a stable set pressure for repeatable indexing.
A compact point-of-use filter regulator on an instrument or control panel branch delivers clean, pressure-set air where a full FRL is not required; the psi gauge gives a direct local reading.
Size and port set the flow path: the 200 series with a 1/8 in PT port suits compact lines and pilot feeds; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the circuit demands more air. Choose the drain to match maintenance practice: manual (this unit) for attended drain-down, automatic for unattended condensate removal, or the default differential-pressure drain. The standard 40 um element covers general-purpose protection; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Gauge style is embedded square as standard with an external round gauge optional, in MPa, psi or bar scales (this unit: round, psi). Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a bracket is included on this configuration.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow curves and sizing against your required flow before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your required flow and operating pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curves and check the sizing for your application on request.
This configuration is coded M for a manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is released by opening the drain valve during service checks. If the installation is unattended, the same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain - ask us to quote the variant you need.
