The AirTAC GFR200-06 AirTAC Filter Regulator, PT1/8, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200-06 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, all in one compact body. This 200-size unit has a PT1/8 port, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate away as air flows through. The fitted round gauge reads in psi, and the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The bowl is polycarbonate (PC), rated for 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, plus manual or automatic drain options, a 5 um element (code W), G or NPT threads and optional brackets. Flow for the GFR series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a benchtop pneumatic press, this unit dries and filters the shop air feeding the cylinder, then holds the regulator setting steady so press force stays repeatable from cycle to cycle, with the psi gauge giving the operator a clear setpoint reading.
Fitted at the air drop feeding a CNC machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators, it strips water and 40 um particulate before they reach the valves, and keeps supply pressure within the machine tool's specified band.
Mounted on the air drop serving a packaging conveyor's diverters and pusher cylinders, it conditions the airline and regulates pressure so carton-handling actuators see consistent pressure through the shift, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate automatically.
Step through the 200/300/400/600 sizes to match the port and flow your line needs; this 200-size unit takes a PT1/8 connection, with G (BSPP) or NPT threads available as order options. Drain type matters: differential-pressure (this unit) drains with flow, automatic drains regardless of flow, and manual suits intermittent duty while also widening the regulating range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi). Choose the 40 um standard element or the 5 um W option for finer filtration, and pick your gauge scale - MPa, psi or bar. This configuration is supplied without a mounting bracket; a bracket can be ordered. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - line pressure, downstream demand and port size - and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
The differential-pressure drain on this unit bleeds condensate from the PC bowl as air flows through it, with no operator action needed. If your line runs intermittently, a manual-drain or automatic-drain version can be ordered instead; note that the manual-drain version also extends the regulating range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi).
