The AirTAC GFR200-06 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, Round Psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in one compact body. This 200-size unit has a 1/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a round gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. The polycarbonate bowl lets you see collected condensate at a glance, and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part, one of a family spanning sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, plus options for automatic or manual drain, a 5 um element (code W), and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the standard regulation range with differential-pressure drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and holding steady the air fed to spray guns in an automotive body shop, so atomizing pressure stays consistent across a full paint session while water and debris are stripped out upstream of the gun.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to a small bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamping fixture, where the operator sets one working pressure for the shift and the check valve holds it if supply dips.
Conditioning the supply to pick-and-place cylinders on a packaging cartoning line, keeping moisture and pipe scale out of the valves while holding a stable setting for gentle carton handling.
Pick the size by the flow your line needs: 200 is the smallest step, and each step up (300, 400, 600) opens both port size and flow capacity. This unit keeps the standard 40 um element; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration matters. Drain is differential-pressure here, with automatic (A) and manual (M) versions available; note the manual-drain version widens the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa. The round gauge reads psi, with MPa and bar scales as alternatives and an embedded square gauge as the standard fitting. Thread is PT, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and this J-coded unit comes without a mounting bracket (brackets are optional). Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your air demand and application details and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this 200-size, 1/8 in PT unit is correctly sized before you order.
GFR is the filter-regulator family and 200 is the size; 06 is the 1/8 in PT port. J means no mounting bracket, C is the optional external round gauge, 2 sets its scale to psi, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. Blank positions would have been the defaults: differential-pressure drain, 40 um element and standard regulator type.
