The AirTAC GFR200-06 NPT1/8 AirTAC Filter Regulator, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in one compact body. This unit is built on the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate away as air flows through. It is the low-pressure (L) type, fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve (K) to hold downstream pressure if supply air is lost, and a mounting bracket. The polycarbonate bowl and body are rated to a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the unit operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

The GFR200-06 filters supply air and holds a gentle, steady clamp pressure on fixture cylinders where a standard-range regulator would sit too high, while the check valve holds the clamp if supply air drops.
Filtered, regulated air at reduced pressure actuates the small cylinders that push, stop and divert packs along the line, and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate out of the downstream valves.
The 1/8 in NPT port, low-pressure regulation and psi-reading round gauge suit laboratory setups that need clean, stable air at modest pressures for repeatable component and actuator tests.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) and its port to match the flow your circuit needs - larger sizes carry larger ports. For this unit the choices are already set: 200 size, 1/8 in NPT port, low-pressure regulation, 40 um element, differential-pressure drain, round psi gauge and a fitted check valve. If your line needs finer filtration, the W code gives a 5 um element; if you prefer the embedded square gauge or an MPa/bar scale, those are order options, as are PT or G threads and automatic or manual drains. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - pressure, port size and the cylinders or equipment you are feeding - and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
On GFR units, C specifies an external round gauge and the digit 2 sets its scale to psi; the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, with MPa (1) and bar (3) as the alternative scales. This unit also carries K for a reverse/check valve and T for an NPT thread, while the differential-pressure drain and 40 um element are the defaults.
