The AirTAC GFR200-06M AirTAC Filter Regulator, PT1/8, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06M is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single compact body. This 200-size unit carries a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port, a manual drain bowl in PC (polycarbonate), a standard 40 um filter element, and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (manual, automatic or differential-pressure), a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, pressure-set air to the tool-change and clamping circuits of a small CNC machining centre, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct setting reference.
Conditions the air feeding gripper and divertor cylinders on a carton packaging line, where the manual drain suits a shift-start maintenance routine.
Mounted at the point of use on a control panel, it filters the supply and regulates branch pressure to pilot valves and air relays in a process skid.
Step up through the sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your port and air demand grow; this unit sits at the smallest step with PT1/8 threading (G and NPT are orderable options). The manual drain here means an operator opens the bowl drain during checks - choose automatic or differential-pressure drain if unattended water removal matters. The standard 40 um element suits general air prep; specify the 5 um W option where finer filtration is needed. The square gauge is fitted in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. No mounting bracket is included with this code (J).
For sizing, note that AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the flow figures against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
M is the drain code for a manual drain: water collected in the PC bowl is released by opening the drain when an operator checks the unit. It suits attended installations with a regular maintenance routine; automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are available on other codes in the family for unattended water removal.
