The AirTAC GFR200-06T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single compact body. This configuration is the size 200 unit with a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as pressure drop builds, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the bowl is polycarbonate (PC). No mounting bracket is fitted on this variant.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, PT/G/NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge styles and scales, and bracket options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air fed to solenoid valves and air cylinders on a small CNC or milling station, protecting the valve spools from water and swarf-laden air while holding a stable set pressure for clamping and tool-change acts.
Air supply for pusher and diverter cylinders on a bottling or carton conveyor line, where the 40 um element keeps condensate out of the divert valves and the regulator sets a consistent pressure for gentle product handling.
A compact point-of-use supply feeding pneumatic actuators and purge jets on laboratory or analytical equipment, where the 1/8 in NPT port, psi-reading gauge and automatic condensate bleed suit a bench-mounted drop.
Start with the port step: sizes 200 through 600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit served. The 1/8 in NPT port on this unit suits compact point-of-use take-offs. Choose the drain next: differential-pressure (this unit) drains as pressure drop builds, automatic drains on a cycle, and manual drains only when bled by hand. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W if finer filtration is needed. Gauge style and scale are selectable, and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options - this unit is ordered in NPT. Brackets are optional on GFR; this variant has none.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly.
PT is the standard thread for the GFR series, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options - the T suffix on this model specifies NPT, giving a 1/8 in NPT port. If your piping is metric or BSPP, ask us for the G-threaded equivalent instead.
