The AirTAC GFR200-06T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200-06T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This configuration carries 1/8 in NPT ports, the optional 5 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain on the PC (polycarbonate) bowl, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and an integrated reverse/check valve that holds the downstream side when upstream supply is interrupted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with this drain type, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is fitted (code J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for a CNC machining cell: the 5 um element protects the solenoid valves on clamps and tool changers while the regulator holds a steady set pressure to the machine's pneumatic circuits.
Regulated supply for the stopper cylinders and diverters on a packaging conveyor line; the built-in check valve keeps the downstream side held during brief upstream supply interruptions.
Feeding the pneumatic control panel of a bottling line, where the MPa-scaled square gauge gives operators a direct readout of the set pressure at the manifold.
Size and port step up together: this unit is size 200 with 1/8 in NPT; move to 300, 400 or 600 with larger ports as your air demand grows, and let us check the flow curve against your consumption. Drain choice on the bowl is differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic (code A) or manual (code M). Filtration is 40 um as standard or 5 um with the W code, as selected on this model. The embedded square gauge is MPa-scaled (code F1); psi or bar scales and an external round gauge are order options. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard with G and NPT as catalogue options - this unit carries NPT (T). Bracket included is the default; this unit omits it (J), and the reverse/check valve (K) is fitted.
Because flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your operating pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow curve and datasheet figures for this 1/8 in NPT filter regulator on request.
The W code on this model selects the optional 5 um grade; 40 um is the catalogue standard. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments are sensitive to finer particulate, and 40 um for general plant air. Both grades are available across the GFR sizes.
