The AirTAC GFR200-06T AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 1/8, Bar Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one compact body. This 200-size unit has 1/8 in NPT ports, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element is high enough, and a standard 40 um filter element. The fitted round gauge reads outlet pressure in bar, and the built-in reverse/check valve holds the downstream setting if the upstream supply is interrupted. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR range, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as standard and G or NPT threads to order, plus manual or automatic drain variants, a 5 um element option and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the tool-change clamps and air-blast nozzles on a small CNC machining centre, with the check valve holding the clamp setting during supply dips.
Conditioning the air that drives carton-forming and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, where the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate off the valve seats without daily manual draining.
Supplying filtered, pressure-set air to the pop-up diverters and stopper gates on a distribution conveyor, with the bar gauge letting maintenance verify the setting at a glance.
Start with the port size: this 200-size unit is the 1/8 in step of the GFR ladder, so step up to GFR300, GFR400 or GFR600 if the line needs a larger connection. The differential-pressure drain suits a steady supply where condensate should clear itself; choose the manual-drain variant for intermittent duty and the automatic-drain variant where you want positive, timed-free drainage. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W option for 5 um if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The fitted round gauge reads in bar, and MPa or psi scales are available instead; the reverse/check valve (code K) is already fitted here, and the mounting bracket is included. NPT thread is ordered as the T option, with PT standard and G available. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
C3 means the round external gauge is fitted and reads in bar (MPa and psi scales are order options), and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted so the downstream setting is held if upstream pressure is lost. The differential-pressure drain and 40 um element are the standard configuration for this family.
