The AirTAC GFR200-06T AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This configuration is the size-200 frame with a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W, one grade finer than the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain that clears condensate as a function of the pressure differential across the element, a round pressure gauge in MPa, and no mounting bracket (code J). The regulator is the standard type with a setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the bowl is polycarbonate (PC), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and is offered with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional low-pressure regulator type, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding tool-clamp and actuator circuits on a CNC machining centre: the 5 um element strips water and fine particulate ahead of sensitive valves, and the regulator holds a steady, readable setpoint for consistent clamping.
Supplying pneumatic cylinders on a packaging cartoner: one compact body filters and regulates the drop line to the machine, and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate moving without a manual blow-down stop in the shift.
Conditioning air to laboratory automation and analytical-instrument enclosures, where a 5 um grade and a stable MPa setpoint are wanted ahead of small solenoid valves and pilot components.
Step through the range by size and port: size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port is the smallest step in the GFR line, so move up to 300, 400 or 600 (up to 1 in) when the circuit draws more air - match the published curve to your demand rather than guessing. Filter grade is a real choice: the 40 um standard element suits general shop-air protection, while the 5 um element fitted here (code W) suits finer downstream equipment. Drain type matters too: the differential-pressure drain fitted here works with the flow through the element, while automatic (A) and manual (M) variants are orderable. This code carries a round MPa gauge; square gauges and psi or bar scales are available, PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket is omitted (J). AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size, and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact unit on request before you order.
The W code on this model specifies the optional 5 um element, one grade finer than the 40 um standard. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, gauges or instruments are sensitive to fine particulate; 40 um suits general shop-air protection. Both grades are available across the GFR range.
