The AirTAC GFR200-06T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06LC2WT is a 200-size filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This configuration is built for low-pressure service, carries a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, and drains condensate automatically by differential pressure - no daily manual draining. The fitted round gauge reads in psi, the NPT1/8 port suits small lines and point-of-use drops, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure air to small pneumatic grippers and cylinders on a packaging line, where the 5 um element protects compact valve terminals from water and fine debris.
Conditions the air supply to analytical instruments and sample-handling actuators in a lab, holding a gentle regulated pressure and keeping moisture and 5 um-and-larger particles out of sensitive components.
Supplies regulated, dried air to spray guns and low-pressure actuation in a finishing booth, where the psi gauge lets operators set and verify the working pressure at the point of use.
Size and port set the air capacity: the 200 size with its 1/8 in port is the smallest step in the GFR range, so step up to 300, 400 or 600 if your line demands more flow - we can check the published curves against your demand. The 5 um element (W) suits air going to sensitive valves and instruments; choose the standard 40 um grade for general shop-air protection. Drain is differential-pressure here, which bleeds condensate as the bowl fills; automatic (A) or manual (M) drains are order options. The round psi gauge is fitted on this unit; embedded square gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are the alternative. Thread is NPT on this code; PT (standard) and G are the other order options.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve and check the fit for your application before you order.
The W code fits a 5 um element instead of the standard 40 um grade, which is the right choice when the downstream valves or instruments are sensitive to fine particles. The L code makes this a low-pressure regulator for circuits that run well below standard line pressures. Both are decodable from the model code, and the exact low-pressure adjustment range can be confirmed on request.
