The AirTAC GFR200-06T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, Square Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06T is a size 200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, and an embedded square gauge reading in bar. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the polycarbonate bowl suits general-purpose compressed-air duty.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), and square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a compact bench press or crimping tool: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale before they reach the cylinder seals, while the regulator holds a steady working pressure so cycle force stays repeatable from stroke to stroke.
Conditioning the air feeding solenoid valves and small actuators on a cartoning or labelling line: clean, regulated air at a fixed set-point keeps valve switching consistent, and the differential-pressure drain carries off condensate without operator attention.
Supplying pneumatic positioners, air relays and small control devices on a process panel: the square bar gauge gives a local pressure readout at the panel, and the 1/8 in NPT port suits the compact tubing runs typical of instrument air take-offs.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest in the GFR range; step up to sizes 300, 400 or 600 if your line carries more air. Choose the drain to match the installation: differential-pressure (as fitted here) needs no timer or operator attention, automatic suits intermittent-flow lines, and manual drain gives a lower regulator set-point floor of 0.05 MPa. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W option for 5 um where finer pre-filtration is needed. Gauges are available embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a square gauge reading bar. Threads come as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT, and a bracket can be ordered where the J (no bracket) version here does not suit the mounting. Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line pressure, set-point and expected air consumption and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain (the default on this model) bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever air flows through the unit, so it suits lines with continuous or frequent flow and needs no operator attention. If your line runs intermittently, an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M, which also allows regulator set-points down to 0.05 MPa) can be specified instead - both are order options within the same GFR200 series.
