The AirTAC GFR20006F1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006F1TK is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This configuration is the size 200 unit with 1/8 in NPT ports, standard 40 um filtration, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, an embedded square gauge reading in MPa, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds the set pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted. A mounting bracket is included and the polycarbonate bowl lets you see the condensate level at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drain, a 5 um filter element (code W), different gauge scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet numbers for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, regulated air to the tool-change clamps and pneumatic actuators on a CNC machining centre, with the check valve holding the clamp pressure if the shop supply drops.
Conditions and regulates the air driving diverters and stopper cylinders on a bottling conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate during continuous production runs.
Supplies filtered, pressure-controlled air to the clamping cylinders of a small pneumatic press, with the MPa gauge giving the operator a direct read of the set clamping pressure.
Start with the size and port: 200 through 600 steps up the port from 1/8 in to 1 in, and the size you pick should match the air consumption of the circuit downstream - ask us to check the flow curves against your demand before ordering. Then choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit) drains with flow, automatic (code A) drains on a cycle regardless of flow, and manual (code M) needs someone to open the drain. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify code W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. The gauge can be the embedded square type or an external round type, with MPa, psi or bar scales, and threads can be PT (standard), G or NPT. A bracket is included unless code J is specified.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, we do not quote one number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number here. Tell us your application and required air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
This unit's differential-pressure drain discharges collected condensate automatically whenever air flows through the unit, which suits continuously running lines. The automatic drain (code A) works on a cycle even without flow, and the manual drain (code M) is opened by hand - useful on intermittently used circuits. All three are order options across the GFR range.
