The AirTAC GFR20006F3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006F3WTK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single compact body. This 200-size unit is threaded 1/8 in NPT, carries the fine 5 um filter element (code W), drains condensate automatically by differential pressure, and shows the regulated pressure on an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. A reverse/check valve is fitted, a mounting bracket is included, and the polycarbonate bowl suits the 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure and -5 to 70 C non-freezing operating range. The standard regulator covers a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range with this drain type.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um standard or 5 um fine filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this model is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air at a set pressure keeps clamp cylinders on a machining fixture consistent part to part, while the 5 um element protects the clamp valve seats from grit and scale.
On a carton or bag sealing line, steady regulated pressure keeps jaw cylinders closing with the same force through the shift, and the differential-pressure drain clears condensate before it reaches the cylinders.
A fine 5 um element ahead of a spray gun strips water and particles that would otherwise blemish the finish, while the regulator holds a stable atomising pressure at the gun.
Start with the port step: the 200 size in 1/8 in NPT is the smallest GFR porting, so match it against the air consumption of the tool or circuit it feeds and step up to 300/400 if the demand is higher. This unit already carries the 5 um (W) element - choose it where finer cleanliness matters, and stay with the 40 um standard element where it does not. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (fitted here) drains as pressure drop builds, automatic suits unattended duty, and manual gives lowest downstream pressure settings. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - bar fitted here), thread family (PT standard, G and NPT as order options) and the bracket are all decodable from the code. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
In the code GFR20006F3WTK, the W selects the optional 5 um fine filtration instead of the 40 um standard element, and the trailing K means a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops. Both are order-time choices: the 40 um element and a unit without the check valve are available in the same size if your circuit does not need them.
