The AirTAC GFR20006LJF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006LJF2TK is a size 200 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and reduces pressure to the level your circuit needs, in a single compact body. This configuration is the low-pressure type, built for circuits that run at reduced set pressures, with a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds your downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. It carries no bracket, so plan for direct line or your own bracket mounting. The polycarbonate bowl is rated for the same working envelope as the unit: maximum inlet pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a non-freezing temperature range of -5 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with manual or automatic drain, a 5 um (W) element, different gauge scales, G or NPT thread, and with or without a bracket. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the low-pressure clamping and holding circuits of a packaging line, where the low-pressure type keeps the supply matched to circuits designed to run below full line pressure.
Serves as the first-stage supply unit for analytical instruments and test panels that need water and particulate stripped from compressed air, with the check valve protecting the set pressure against upstream dips.
Mounted at the point of use on a compact machining or assembly station, it conditions the air feeding valves and actuators while the square psi gauge gives the operator a direct read of the working pressure.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the GFR range, so size up to 300/400/600 if your line port or air demand is larger. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order. Other decodable choices: drain type (this unit uses the differential-pressure drain; automatic A and manual M versions exist), filter grade (40 um standard here, 5 um with the W code for finer filtration), gauge scale (this one reads psi; MPa and bar scales are available), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are catalogue options, and this unit is ordered in NPT), and bracket (J codes omit the bracket, as here). Note that the low-pressure type (L) has its own regulation characteristics; its exact range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us for your set pressure.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your line pressure, port size and air demand, and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures against your application before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits running at reduced set pressures (confirm the exact range with us, as it is not published on our sheet). K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. This unit has no A or M drain code, so it uses the differential-pressure drain, which expels collected condensate automatically as air flows through, with no manual draining routine.
