The AirTAC GFR20006MC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006MC1T is a size-200 GFR filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, a 40 um standard filter element, a standard-range regulator and a round pressure gauge with MPa scale. With manual drainage, an operator drains accumulated condensate as part of routine checks rather than relying on an automatic or differential-pressure mechanism.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, and low-pressure or standard regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to a machining centre's pneumatic tool-clamp and chip-clearing circuits, with the MPa gauge giving operators a direct pressure readout at the machine.
Sits ahead of a small bench pneumatic press so the operator can set and hold working pressure for forming or riveting jobs while the 40 um element keeps water and debris out of the valve.
Supplies conditioned air to diverters and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with manual drain checks built into the line's start-of-shift routine.
Start with the port step: the GFR200 size with a 1/8 in port suits the smallest branch lines; step up to GFR300/400/600 when the line diameter and air demand grow. Choose the drain to match maintenance practice - manual (this model) for supervised installations, automatic or differential-pressure where condensate must leave without operator attention. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify 5 um (code W) when finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge style (embedded square or external round) and scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is round, MPa) follow your panel convention, and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your actual air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is released by hand during maintenance. If you prefer unattended drainage, the same GFR200 size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain - just ask for the matching model code.
