The AirTAC GFR20006MF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006MF2T is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge with a psi scale, and a mounting bracket. The manual drain lets an operator empty collected condensate on demand, and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the PC (polycarbonate) bowl suits this size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, gauge scale choices and bracket variations. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop to a small CNC machining centre or milling station, the unit dries and filters the shop air feeding solenoid valves and cylinders while the square psi gauge lets the setter hold the tool changer and clamping circuit at its set pressure.
Mounted on a cartoning or case-sealing conveyor line, the filter regulator conditions the air driving seal cylinders and diverters, with the manual drain emptied at shift checks so condensate never carries into the packaging heads.
Fitted at the air inlet of a robotic pick-and-place cell, the unit protects gripper valves from water and particulate and lets the integrator set the gripper circuit pressure from the psi gauge, with the bracket fixing the unit to the cell panel.
Start with the size and port: the 200 frame with a 1/8 in NPT port suits compact supply lines, and stepping up to 300, 400 or 600 gives larger ports for higher air demand. Choose the drain to match maintenance access: manual (as here) for supervised draining, automatic or differential-pressure where condensate must leave without an operator. Pick the 40 um standard element for general air preparation or the 5 um (W) element for finer protection, and set the gauge scale to MPa, psi or bar to match the rest of the panel. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options, as is the bracket.
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain bowl: an operator opens the drain to empty collected condensate, which suits panels that are checked regularly. AirTAC also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains in the same family, so choose those where the bowl cannot be drained by hand.
