The AirTAC GFR20006MJF2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR20006MJF2W is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port, a 5 um filter element, a manual drain on the PC (polycarbonate) bowl, and the embedded square gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge scale and thread (PT standard; G and NPT as order options). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulated, filtered air for small pneumatic grippers and cylinders on assembly robots, where the 5 um element helps protect directional valves from particulate.
Clean, regulated supply for carton-forming and sealing cylinders on packaging conveyors; the manual drain suits lines that are bled down at shift end.
Point-of-use conditioning for lab benches and test rigs running small air fixtures, with the square psi gauge giving a local setpoint readout.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow your line needs; this unit sits at the small end with a PT1/8 port. Choose the drain: manual (this unit) needs periodic bleeding, while automatic or differential-pressure drains handle it for you. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (this unit, code W) for finer protection. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar (this unit: square, psi), and thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT. No mounting bracket is fitted on this unit, but one is available. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
This unit has a manual drain: the PC bowl is bled by hand, which suits lines that are shut down regularly. The same GFR200 body is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains, and with the 40 um standard element instead of this 5 um one - just ask for the alternative code.
