The AirTAC GFR20006MLF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06G is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the size 200 unit with a G1/8 (1/8 in) port, G (BSPP) thread, manual drain, standard 40 um filter element, low-pressure regulator type, and a square pressure gauge reading in psi fitted as standard. A mounting bracket is included. The polycarbonate bowl is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperatures of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulator type, and round or square gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding regulated air to the clamp and hold-down cylinders on a carton-sealing line, where the low-pressure regulator type allows gentler settings than a standard unit and the 40 um element protects the valves from pipe scale.
Supplying clean, regulated air at reduced pressure to pneumatic test fixtures and instruments on a lab bench, with the manual drain used to clear collected water at the end of each session.
Regulating air to pneumatic clamping fixtures on a CNC cell where delicate workpieces need lower holding pressure; the fitted square psi gauge gives a direct pressure readout at the fixture.
Size 200 with a G1/8 port is the entry step of the GFR range; if your flow demand exceeds what a 200 body passes, step up to GFR300, GFR400 or GFR600 - we will check the published flow curves against your application on request. The manual drain on this unit is operated by hand to discharge collected condensate; automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drain versions are available if you prefer not to drain the bowl manually. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify code W for the 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. This is the low-pressure (L) regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us before ordering if your setpoint is critical. Thread is G (BSPP) as coded; PT is the standard thread and NPT is also a catalogue option. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is released by operating the drain valve by hand. If you would rather not drain the bowl manually, the GFR200 is also available with automatic (code A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain - ask us for those variants.
